SAROEM NHEAN(BEE_MA) graduated from Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia in the field of Law and Public Affair(English-Based Law Program)
She is a Legal professional with 5 years experiences in a broad range of corporate matters including incorporation of companies, change of company's shareholder and director, increase of capital of the company, change of company's address and so on with the council for the development of the Cambodia, Ministry of Commerce and General Department of Taxation, Ministry of Labor and Virtual Training.
She skillfully experiences in permit and licensing from Ministry of Health , Ministry of Tourism, and other relevant authorities.
In addition, She has experience in assisting the clients on share sale/ purchase, Shareholder and joint venture agreements, and also work on the business start-up, business registration and business dissolution including Private and Public Limited Companies, Partnership and Foreign Branch, business operating licenses and corporate secretarial services which is inclusive of filing Annual Declaration of Commercial Enterprises,Company Mergers and acquisitions for the business owner.
